Limestone and Silicate Applications by Different Methods to Correct Soil Acidity

The study aimed to measure the variation in values of pH, P, K, Ca, Mg, Al, H+Al, V, and Ca Mg saturation after limestone silicate applications as a function different soil correction methods incubation periods under controlled environment. research was carried out greenhouse at FCA Federal University Grande Dourados (UFGD). experiment completely randomized factorial scheme (5 × 3 5), with four replications. main factors consisted five times: 0, 30, 60, 90, 120 days; three classes: dystrophic Red Latosol (LVd), Dystroferric (LVdf), Gray Argisol (PACd); acidity methods: control, Ca/Mg balance for silicate, 50% 70% base saturation. Chemical analysses were performed each period. A regression analysis once significant difference observed between means variance, being adjusted quadratic models V. Statistical analyses AgroStat software. ideal time reach maximum efficiency chemical attributes LVd, LVdf, PACd soils by studied ranges from 78 86 days. application 60% 20% calcium magnesium silicates achieved best indexes attributes, enabling proposed equation calculation.
